The CLT9000 is best used to transport cargo through regions with paved roads. It can handle some dirt roads and light amounts of Mud with some effort but can easily be stuck in deep mud if driven by an inattentive player. Much like the International Transtar 4070A now with phase 6, the CLT9000 can be equipped with a suspension lift making it better suited for rough terrain. Overall if equipped with a powerful engine and highrange transmission the CLT9000 is capable of hauling cargo at an impressive rate of speed provided that the roads are paved.
