In London, buses have been used since 1829 from Paddington Station to central London. Buses have been a success in the English capital from the very beginning. Over time, bus transport underwent development, but until 2005, some of the oldest buses were still in regular operation - e.g. Routemaster. You can also find these bus models with us. The first prototype Routemaster made its debut in 1954. It was designed to build on the success of its previous model. The second prototype entered passenger transport in 1956.
