The Caterpillar Twenty was one of the first tractors developed after the Caterpillar Tractor Company was founded in 1925. It was produced between 1927 and 1931 and represented a significant advance in agricultural mechanization. The tractor was equipped with a water-cooled four-cylinder gasoline engine with a displacement of 4,500 cubic centimeters and developed an output of approximately 30 horsepower at 1,100 rpm. Its robust tracked chassis and three-speed transmission made it particularly suitable for use in difficult terrain. With a curb weight of approximately 3,500 kg, the Caterpillar Twenty was a reliable helper for farmers and construction companies.
