Product description

A quality metal model car of the Saleen S7 in copper color, which was produced in 2004. The model comes packaged on a stand.

The Saleen S7 is a hand-built high-performance American super sports car developed together with Steve Saleen on the conceptual and direction side, Hidden Creek Industries on the idea and core financial side, Phil Frank on the body, CAD interior design and development side, and RML Group on the engineering side. It was the only car produced by Saleen that was not based on an existing chassis. The S7 debuted on August 19, 2000 at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. From 2000 to 2004, the S7 was fitted with a 410 kW/557 hp naturally aspirated Ford 427 big block V8. In 2005, the S7 model was replaced by the S7 Twin Turbo model, which was fitted with a more powerful twin-turbo engine that increased power to 559 kW/760 hp with a top speed of 399 km/h.
