The popular Škoda 105 L with round headlights, popularly called the "snake", is a derived variant of the basic type with a lower engine capacity. It was produced from 1976 to 1983 and then, after modernization, until 1990. All versions were produced from the beginning of production to its end in 2,011,044 units. This version differs from the "hundred and twenty snake" further by the mask, rear spoiler and wheels (decorative chrome covers).
