Product description

A high-quality 1:43 scale model of the 1975 Wartburg 353 Tourist passenger car, finished in brown.

The Wartburg 353 Tourist was the practical estate (station wagon) version of the popular Wartburg 353 model, manufactured in the former German Democratic Republic. With its spacious body, large cargo area, and robust construction, it was a favored family car. It was powered by a three-cylinder, two-stroke engine, which became a hallmark of this model series. The Wartburg 353 Tourist gained popularity not only in Eastern Europe but also in various other international markets.
