High-quality die-cast model aircraft of the Airbus A400M Atlas, a modern military transport featuring the Europrop TP400 turboprop engine — the most powerful single-propeller engine of its kind. After initial setbacks and delays mainly due to the introduction of this new engine, the first A400M aircraft were delivered to air forces starting in 2013. To celebrate the tenth anniversary, the 1st Squadron of the 61st Wing at Orleans-Bricy applied a special paint scheme on the massive tail of one of their transports, including the emblems of units operating or supporting the A400M within the French Air Force. The model comes packaged in a cardboard box and blister, including a stand.
