In competition with Bombardier's plans for the C-Series, now sold as the Airbus A220, the Brazilian manufacturer has decided to develop a new family of aircraft
to succeed their successful "E-Jets". Thanks to many improvements and newly developed components such as wings and engines, Embraer has achieved significant growth
in economy and range. There are currently three variants available, the largest and currently the most popular being the E195-E2. Embraer launched the new E2 series
as "Profit Hunters" and sent the first demonstration aircraft on a promotional tour around the world to showcase its performance at air shows and demonstrate the aircraft
to potential customers on site. One of these aircraft received a magnificent special paint scheme called "TechLion", with which the Embraer E2 is also presented as a model
line in a scale of 1: 200.
