The Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet is a twin-engine carrier-based multirole fighter aircraft developed for the United States Navy. The “F” version features a tandem two-seat cockpit and is an enlarged, more capable development of the earlier F/A-18 Hornet series. Aircraft 166461 served aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln during Operation Epic Fury in February 2026 and was equipped with AGM-158 long-range strike missiles.
